It is possible to use Viapol Modulo with almost any flat roof, safe in the knowledge that the product will provide years of resistance to environmental degradation.
• Insulation: This is increasingly important, given rising energy bills and climate change. We undertake all types of insulation work.
• Leadwork and asphalting: We can provide complete leadwork and asphalting services.
• Structural timber replacement: Rafters, purlins, collars and ties can be replaced, where rotten, split or perished.
• Replacement fascias and soffits: Our range includes traditional moulded timber bargeboards, timber soffits, UPVC capping boards, and UPVC soffit and fascia boards.
• General repairs and maintenance: We can undertake chimney re-pointing and gutter clearing, install new valleys and repair broken tiles/slates and ridges.
• Gutter cleaning: Avoid wet-weather damage to your home by engaging us to clean your rain gutters twice a year.
• Chimney Repairs, Flashing & Re-pointing: We Undertake this work to the highest standards of safety and longevity.
